SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • In case you have received a defective or a damaged product, you will be eligible for a free exchange.
  • To return an unused defective/ damaged product, or in case the customer is not satisfied with the ordered product, the product must be returned to Queens within 7 days from the product receipt date.
  • The products returned should be in original condition, unused, should have original tags/labels in place and folds intact and returned along with the box in which the product was delivered.
  • The product shall be considered for exchanged only if the customer meets all the above mentioned criteria.
  • Damaged/ defective items must be returned in the original condition (as you received it), along with the box in which the item was delivered.
  • In case the product tag is removed/ damaged, exchange policy will not be applicable for the same.
  • Never send back an item without consulting with us.
  • We DO NOT do refunds, only exchange.
  • Shipping is free within India. All products are shipped overseas via reputed courier companies.
  • We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum 45 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Any applicable duty on the country you are residing in comes under the liability of the customer.
